"The Good Yorkshireman" and "An Evening in Bailiff Bridge" are the titles of two chapters in my latest novel "Two Seasons". Others include "The Sermon on Mount Pleasant", "A Day On The M62" and "E Mails From Amsterdam". This coming Saturday (April 12th) I will be in Waterstones in Bradford signing copies  of the novel which is set during 2002 and 2003 with a background of Work, Family, Old Friends and Rugby League. I'll be there from 10.30 onwards

Although the novel is fiction much of my content is based on actual events. That is particularly true of the Bailiff Bridge story and the famous 1954 Halifax Warrington replay at Odsal and later three personal accounts of the 1959 Championship Final again at Odsal.

www.geofflee.net for news of my novels, One Winter, One Spring, One Summer, One Autumn and Two Seasons. All are written against a strong Rugby League background, set in South Lancashire and inspired by the old saying about work: "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller".
