The rules only apply to the league and playoffs....

The last team to fail to fulfil in this competition never got fined..

If there is any way the discipline panel can make money out of this they they will ! They are more concerned about NCL bank accounts than the interest of its member clubs.

1st team match cancelled. Probably a good idea as nobody wants to see a cricket score, without being disrespectful to stanningley
