Apart from Nigel Wood being made RLIF chairman (shame it wasn't Sally Bolton) and David Smith vice-chairman, is there any other news out of this meeting?

Every nation unanimously agreed that, playground style, Australia would pick their team first and the players left over (the tubby one with glasses, the tall gangly one and the pasty one wearing borrowed kit) could turn out for the other countries.

Get in, I fit into all 3 if those categories so I'm bound to eventually get a game for someone. I must be the only tubby gangly person surely.

Unless of course any of them become any good at which point the Aussies can take them back.
