Super League Picks Up Isuzu As An Official Partner

Super League is delighted to announce that it has agreed a partnership with Isuzu to become the Official Pick-Up Truck of the UK's elite Rugby League competition, the First Utility Super League.
</p>
<p>
As part of the new relationship, Isuzu will receive branding rights at major games throughout the season in addition to the opportunity to promote their range of Isuzu pick-up trucks at Super League fixtures.
</p>
<p>
RFL Chief Operating Officer Ralph Rimmer said: &quot;We are delighted to welcome Isuzu as the latest world class brand to join the impressive portfolio of a partners of the First Utility Super League.
</p>
<p>
&quot;Isuzu pick-up trucks are renowned around the globe for their toughness, strength, durability and appeal, qualities which are shared with the fantastic athletes who play in Super League.
</p>

&quot;We are looking forward to working with Isuzu throughout 2014 in what I am sure will be a very successful partnership for all of us.&quot;

Isuzu's partnership with the Rugby League's elite competition complements the brand's sponsorship of the Super League coverage on Sky Sports.
</p>

Haydn Davies, Group Marketing Director for Isuzu UK said: &quot;Our partnership with Super League as the official pick-up partner is the perfect complement to our high profile sponsorship of Sky Sports' coverage of the Super League.
</p>

&quot;It will allow us to put the D-Max directly in front of Rugby League fans as well as opening up a range of additional promotional opportunities at matches, starting with the official partnership launch at Magic Weekend.
</p>

&quot;The link between the pros in the Super League and the product attributes of the D-Max are well known so we think this is the perfect partnership for us.&quot;

Isuzu celebrated the new partnership with a strong presence at Magic Weekend 2014 when Super League fans had the opportunity to test their strength against a range of Isuzu pick-up trucks in the Fan Zone at the Etihad Stadium.
</p>
<p>
The partnership was negotiated on behalf of Isuzu by Mediacom Sport.
