A man involved with the Knights who talks copious amounts of common sense on the game of RL reckons that players playing at Championship One level are there because though they produce some top quality performances out on the field, they cannot consistently produce them week in week out.

If they could, they would be playing in Super League...

Any thoughts ?

Proberbly true Andy , consistency is a word sadly missing from the Knights vocabulary , if we were consistent we would romp home in this league , also think GT needs to pin up the tweet from earlier this evening from Darren Williams of Hunslet with regard to the Knights

Hope your well Andy, nothing too controversial just " Seems like @YorkKnightsRLFC can only get up for @HunsletHawksRL games & we can get up for all the fixtures apart from ours aginst the Knights!!

Probably right on the nail that, Daz. I think fans expected a massive gap between Championship and C1 but I do think that it's closing, at least between C1 and all but four or five of the SL wannabes.

You'd have been very interested to watch Danny Thomas's performance yesterday - MOM and a big. big influence on the way the All Golds came back into the game.
