The talking stops the action starts. A few minutes to kick off. Qld need to win to keep the series alive. Blues want to win and win well.
Will the Slater, Inglis and DCE be fit enough to do the job needed of them.
Hold on to your hats and everything else.
Here we go!

The TV coverage is impressive.
This is a massive event in a big sport.

Will Inglis add to his 15 Origin try total today? How about Josh Dugan in the centres. Maybe a try for him?
Dave Taylor on the bench for the Maroons!
There's a weight of expectation on the Blues. They look sharp and up for it.
Greg Bird will be especially fired up.

i was posting on another thread!

Both sides very conservative. BIt niggly. Little good rugby so far. Hard and tense though.

Too many penalties so far. NO flow to the game and little skill and adventure. Hopefully it'll pick up.

Half time. 4-0 to Maroons. That was a great QLD move just before half time. Thought they were in there. Desperate defence saved the day
All to play for
Inglis, Slater and DCE all look in good shape. Smith n Thurston going well.

Hardly any moves at all Mark. Plenty of niggle and muscle. Qld looked like the first team to start using their heads and put moves together.

Yes, G, it's wide open. Hopefully both sides will show us more of their skills second half.
