If the Doggies cant play the Giants second team this Sunday I reckon they could well lose to Whitehaven.  If they do I firmly believe that we can put them down the week after.  Whether we do or not is a different matter of course, but

Coolie, lets keep our fingers crossed..

If Batley lose to Dewsbury and Whitehaven, they need to make sure they get bonus points. If they do then wins over Swinton and Donny might be enough (and Donny don't appear to be in good form).

In other words, 46 should guarantee safety.

This would be the worst possible series of results:

Workington (41)

Doncaster (A) 3

Barrow (H) 3

Leigh (A) 3

Dewbury (H) 3

53

Sheffield (39)

Swinton (H) 3

Whitehaven (H) 1

Rochdale (H) 3

Featherstone (A) 3

Rochdale (A) 3

52

Keighley (38)

Barrow (A) 3

North Wales (H) 3
Dewsbury (A) 3

Featherstone (H) 3

50

Batley (38)

Whitehaven (A) 1

Dewsbury (H) 3

Swinton (H)  3

Doncaster (A) 3

48

Whitehaven (35)

Batley (H) 3

Sheffield (A) 3

Rochdale (H) 3

Swinton (A) 3

47

It means we need six points from our last four games.

Points difference might prove crucial both for that last relegation spot and for the play-off places. ours is pretty good - lets' hope that we can improve it on Sunday.

Sheffield would do us, Batley, Keighley and Workington a massive favour by beating Whitehaven.

If Whitehaven fail to pick up a point on Sunday and we beat Rochdale then we are safe.

Think we will get seven points from the three games, we will need the win against the dogs on Sunday, no feeling sorry for them, top five is in our hands, UTR.

Based on last few games, I'm going to be bold and predict the following
Swinton (H). Win
Whitehaven (A) Bonus Point
Crusaders (A). Win
Barrow (H). Win
Halifax (A). Bonus point
Rochdale (H). Win
Batley (A). Win, bonus point to them
Keighley (H). Win
Workington (A). Lose
That will give us 52 points, which I think will secure 5th place
Unfortunately my prediction for today was correct. Hope I get the rest of the right too, as it's getting very tight in mid table. We must try and keep all the squad fit, as rotating some players to keep them at their peak is crucial. Spicer required sooner rather than later IMO.
My predictions continue to be not too bad!! . Hopefully get all the rest correct, although will be happy to be wrong for the last game

I wished I'd had a bet on a forecast when I started my predictions. Hope I've got the last one wrong as need to win to have any chance of 5th and possible chance of 4th IMO.
Made really hard work of it today, not great first half and poor kicking game, but then Dogs did exactly the same.

Not going to say anything about the officials AGAIn
