Titans have self reported 'anomalies' in their books.

Broncos did the same thing earlier on.

So that's two clubs we know of who appear to be in breach.

I wonder if there's any more clubs in similar  positions just keeping quiet?

The NRL's official view appears to be

YES - We know but are doing nothing ?

 

Hard to believe that even after making the 3rd party stuff they hammered Storm over "LEGAL"

And adding a few choice exclusions,(?) to benefit select clubs.

Salary cap flaunting still happens.

Every Club has cheated the Cap yet only the Storm got hammered for it and Storm didnt go bringing loads of Players in like others but most came up via the System or was unwanted. Also it Shows Money doesnt buy success. The Storm cheated fair enough but it was the discipline, tactics and coaches that were the main reason behind the success not the Money or the buying of top Players that won them the premierships.
