What crowd today? Think it could be a 2000+ job? Hope so, that's bound to get one of 'them' complaining to the rfl that Town were given the home fixture later in the year on purpose so they get more from gate receipts or something else more deluded lol

Didn't Haven get the bank holiday fixture?
What have they to complain about?

Whatever the size of the gate, by next week there will have been 4,000 Haven fans there with very little from Town!!!   ;)  ;)

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

I predict (using the complicated Havenfan mathematical formulae):

Gate - 2057
Haven Fans - 2500 (at least)
Town fans - 198
Neutrals - 50

I wonder if they will still all be mute or we will get a rendition of zigga zagga and the inspired Haven Haven?
The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

You might find one by going on the bbc site and searching for live rugby league or something like that. Might have to go to the bbc local radio bit
