Unbelievable finish in the Newcastle v Melbourne game, gone with 5 minutes to go, kick to win after the hooter. Unbelievable.

Massive defensive errors in last five minutes cost Storm a game they should have won.

Credit to Knights for sticking at it.

Yes what a thriller.

The Storm will be back....they're not going anywhere. Newy needed that with all the troubles. Won't be surprised to see them roll the Warriors next week either.

Very poor game from the Storm the whole 80 Minutes. Smith and Cronk were very quiet. Forwards outmuscled and outenthused. Well done the Knights. As for Clown Klein he should be sacked! Why did he stop the game with the Storm about to score and then go back 50 metres to where Cronk was bumped off the ball?  How can he call a tackle when the players in the tackle are still moving? As for the rucks it was a joke. Knights deserved the win and Bellamy wont be happy with the players especially in defence.

It was something akin to complacency - very unStorm-like.

I won't get into the refs thing.

The answer there lay in the Storm players own heads and bodies.

Cracking end to the match.  Loved that ball steal on Slater!

YEP ! Horrible way to lose a game.Sadly being in Melbourne & not having pay TV I could only listen online via 2GB,(which is usually quite anti Melbourne) say can't comment on penalties, etc. Did appear to be a game that Storm allowed the Knights to take back.

I'll be there with the RatPack on Saturday at Aami Park to give the travelling Sharks fans a rev up

It was a few basic errors at the blunt end together with what seemed to be a feeling that the game was won ten minutes from time, when it wasn't!

As Cowboys and others found earlier in the season the problem is that the result stands.

So Klein has been judged incompetent and dumped for a weekend.

The suspicion CB voiced was that he has been anti-Storm on other occasions.

Now if that were to be true then his failures go beyond incompetence to something else.
