If you got invited you wouldn't attend a week early would you? Or would you.

Not if you had a friend who got it wrong  ;)  and if i had recieved a letter as all shareholders should i would have had the correct date.

It begs the question what percentage of the Club's shares were allocated for supporters to purchase, and how these shares were valued. Does this reflect the value of the Club?

Aren't all limited companies obliged to hold an AGM to which all shareholders must be invited?

The last AGM for shareholders was held on 27 January 2014 when the accounts for year ending 31/10/2012 were presented. Prior to that a shareholders meeting was held on 6 November 2012 when the accounts for year ending 31/10/2011 were presented.

15 months to prepare and publish annual accounts seems a little excessive
