Nonsense. Ryan Hall makes Ryan Hall look good! And he is a winger, not a centre.

He is very good , world class . But there was some poor one on one's there . You see the downside of having Liam Finn in games like that . He looks good in a dominant side , where he can string pull and kick in a dinner suit . But when the side is second best , needs something extra and someone to step forward , he isn't the man . He can only act within his constraints , and if that isn't doing it then he isn't gonna produce anything else

NRL class ? I'd doubt it... Good in a winning team most weeks on the wing of a side who like to throw the ball about... Any winger would have scored most of the 199 in super league... Plays consistently .. 2 tries yesterday came from awful defence

Come on Ryan hall is top quality. Yeah Dixons defence was woeful but you don't score that many tries and be anything other than top quality. He would make it in the nrl but probably not in a top 6 side.

He has done it in tests , so I think his overall game and record have him in the top bracket . But I agree it's a difficult comparison , we think guys are sublime but they need to try it over there to be fully recognised . Some like burgess , graham nail it ... And then there's Sam Tomkins who is showing just how far behind our comp is in many facets . Shame more don't go for the sake of the test game , but they don't go outside their comfort zone . Should see most lately have done ok and come on a bundle . Sam is put in perspective , hardly been in top 10 fullbacks there- let a better play come here

Sometimes works the other way as well, mike cooper was pretty average over here, but has been one of the nrl standout forwards this year.

Come off it, he's been the best winger in SL for years and has shown internationally he's up there too. What a strange thing to say that any winger would have scored them.

Exactly the point yes wonky .Funny listening to an interview with him where he said not one of his new team mates knew who he was ! Really bulked up and doing the job . Then there's Widdop ... That bloke our test super coach has a blind spot for . To me Hall would get in most teams anywhere , he's much more than a finisher . Doubters will change their mind in a few weeks when he's spotted in tesco's outside the ground with PV ...

The first try Dixon fronted up to him but Hall just stuck his hand in Dixons chest and powered through him, he couldn't get a hand on him. Second try he picked out Finn who has his critics but Hall was the only one to do that to him.
Why say its weak defence? It was top class wing play and I doubt any winger and half would've stopped him for either. Those two efforts made the difference.
