Three Doncaster RLFC stars were included in the Kingstone Press Championship team of the week as the Dons secured a minimum top four finish in the league.

Player coach Paul Cooke alongside Liam Colbon and Liam Cunningham were all selected after their fine performances in Sunday’s 39-18 victory over Halifax.

Doncaster leapfrogged their Championship rivals into third place and now have a chance of finishing in second place, should Cooke’s side beat Batley at the Keepmoat Stadium and Featherstone Rovers suffer defeat at Keighley Cougars.  You can purchase tickets for Sunday’s clash by clicking HERE.

Doncaster were also awarded the Kingstone Press Championship performance of the week with the impressive win, meaning the Dons have now beaten all three of the teams who will finish alongside Doncaster this season in the top four this season.

Everyone at the club would like to congratulate the players and team for the achievement.
