AndyHall
It's said Bootham Crescent since the fixtures were added. Only way that'll happen is if JG and family go. ANDYPK
I didn't buy a season ticket for Clifton Park !, however good job I have because I wouldn't be paying £15 to watch rugby at Clifton Park. Really sick of this whole debacle which is the ony way I can describe it. However for the team I hope they win as it must be terrible to have signed on for a club only to then find out yur homeless. Simon Hall
That's what I thought but heard it said again yesterday plus the club statement plus Radio York today Colin, I spoke to Jason McGill on Saturday morning and he categorically stated the Knights will not be playing at Bootham Crescent until they agree a deal for the new stadium. He also said in no uncertain terms that no safety certificate had been applied for as an agreement has not been reached. You'd think he'd know what was going on with the ground wouldn't you? http://www.alldesignandprint.co.uk Printing & Graphic Design with Nationwide Service Programmes | Leaflets | Cards | Banners & Flags | Letterheads | Tickets | Magazines | Folders | Brand Identity plus much more Official Matchday Programme Print & Design Partner to York City Knights, Heworth ARLFC, York Acorn RLFC & Hunslet RLFC Official Player Sponsor of Marcus Stock for the 2020 Season

Simon Hall
Hope so. Always rated him We could sign Sam Tomkins and I'd still be totally fed up with the club. Only thing they need to get signed is an agreement to give us somewhere decent to play, the team is secondary to that. Plainly obvious it's a signing to keep the fans on side, I expect Danny Ratcliffe will be making a comeback next. http://www.alldesignandprint.co.uk Printing & Graphic Design with Nationwide Service Programmes | Leaflets | Cards | Banners & Flags | Letterheads | Tickets | Magazines | Folders | Brand Identity plus much more Official Matchday Programme Print & Design Partner to York City Knights, Heworth ARLFC, York Acorn RLFC & Hunslet RLFC Official Player Sponsor of Marcus Stock for the 2020 Season
disillusioned
It seems to me that personal egos are more important than the future of the Knights. The club website still has us playing at Huntington stadium which still seems to be standing! Without a resolution soon I cannot see the RFL allowing us to continue at Clifton Park. Surely we will be making a much bigger loss with this arrangement than anything that might have resulted from using Bootham Crescent. At present I suspect my season ticket will turn out to be money down the drain when the Knights fold
David
I enjoyed the game today apart from having to stand in, what at times, was a very cold wind and I missed the comfort of a seat in a stand. The attendance of 498 surprised and delighted me and in our Division only Keighley attracted more with 1011. Whilst we should be grateful for Clifton Park's temporary assistance regarding our home fixtures I sincerely hope that agreement can be cordially agreed with The Council soon to play at Bootham Crescent. AndyHall
It looked like there were fewer there today than were at the Thunder game with attendance of 360... but who's counting...I enjoyed what I saw of the game, especially the first half - Carter's becoming a right little handful isn't he!?Unfortunately I heard Brining has dislocated 2 fingers and could be out for 4-6 weeks, which would take him past the St Helens game. I hope not, I think if anyone can put a try past Saints it's Kris. John Guildford of York City Knights - What a guy! Agree with all of that - on the field Josh Tonks outstanding again and a word for Tyler Craig - every time he gets a chance he always goes well Bad news - sounds like Kris Brining has broken his thumb - out for 4 to 6 weeks, massive blow for us & Kris
