According to League Express, Sheffield have confirmed 10 players including Brambani and Langley will leave the club at the end of the season.

Director of Rugby Mark Aston has held individual talks with his playing staff over the last couple of weeks, as the club look to put together a squad for next season when the Eagles return to a full-time operation.

Aston confirmed today that Scott Turner, Sam Smeaton, Dominic Brambani, James Davey, Pat Walker, Tony Tonks, Jamie Langley, Eddie Battye, Loto Tagaloa and Ben Musolino will all leave the Eagles after the end of the Super 8s.

Sport, amongst other things, is a dream-world offering escape from harsh reality and the disturbing prospect of change.

Apparently you've signed these three. Interesting if they all end up playing in Championship 1

Turner has signed for featherstone.

Brambani WAS going to sign for Batley but i suspect he will now hold out to see if they go down or not, still, i suppose it'll be winning pay in the lower division as opposed to the odd bag of chips in this division

These are either the worst kept secrets or somebody else will bounce us with extra incentive, extra donkey or a bigger bag of sprouts. Believe nothing til you see it in print.Me? Keeping my powder dry for fear of getting called out again. One thing I would proffer; who's to say that Eagles wanted to keep these players anyway, regardless of going full-time or not? Does Aston still regard all 10 as being in his plans if they had been prepared to stay and go pro? Much as I'd love to see new faces, I'd also back the club in being cautious that they are still in good touch, not joining to see out their time. Beware of the old adage ' be careful what you wish for'. Good Lord, listen to me, siding with the board, whilst hedging my bets on which ones we have approached/signed.
