Keith T Posted September 20, 2015 Share Posted September 20, 2015 The missing man is still bleating on about how 10 of our wins have come against the bottom 4 sides..... and how much better the mighty Haven have played against the top teams... he's like a broken record!!! Before the season started fans both on here and the Haven forum were saying that our clubs could write off the games against the top clubs with them being full-time and it was said that the rest of us were in a mini-league where the priority was to take points off each other to survive. Town have done that quite well whereas Haven are pleased to have the one game glory wins that have done them nothing at all as far as league positions go. Our Vice Chairman on the radio today stated that next weeks semi-final is a £5k game for us (shared gate) plus the £25k for finishing where we have so I'll gladly take that in comparison to beating Dewsbury and Featherstone away but still finishing third from bottom!!! As for that Red, White & Blue cretin, somebody needs to give him a smacking. I wouldn't mind if he was actually a Haven fan but he isn't, he's from Workington but hates Town because of some perceived agenda against the Reds ! Better not say anymore or he'll be claiming he's being bullied again like he did at his Flimby workplace, though obviously his nasty racist views had nothing to do with it...........
