Blimey, I would have thought that oxyboy would have been on our sites crowing about being top of the league, perhaps he has got sore hands from clapping his centre Tyrer scoring 36 points.

One win against a team that offered nothing isnt much to shout about and only leads to tears down the line when you do. Tonight will be a better test against Sheffield and like Marshall said we will have to play a lot better to beat them.

Wonder what Blues Ox will have to say tomorrow, they are currently losing 20-0 at Sheffield.

He will say that we were very poor in the second half and had enough chances in the first half to put the game to bed.He will tell you how disappointed he is at how we fell away in the second half despite a couple of Sheffield's trys coming from freak bounces but thats how it goes sometimes.

I have to say though that last week I were working away hence my lack of posts on the forum and Im sad to say I will also be working away this coming week until Wednesday so will have little chance to post, I just didnt want  people to think i were hiding as Im already over the defeat and looking forward to our next game.

It's great how things change in rugby in such a short space of time. Think at the mo oxy may be thinking of 4th place and not second or third. Or maybe 5th behind Batley. Wonder where the best pack and second best half back pairing went friday. ☺. Sorry mate but you had this coming. A bit like Beaumont you said by the time you 2 meet in march you will both be undefeated. Lol.

Went to that game last night as a  neutral, trust me Fax went  should have been out of sight at half time. They bombed at least 5 tries after breaking through one on one and incredibly went in 0-0 at half time. They also had 2 tries ruled out before Yere started to work his magic, this guy never fails to deliver and him and Worrincey won the game in a 10 min purple patch midway through the 2nd half. The new ground is basic but a nice  flat wide pitch and a decent clubhouse !

Every team can point to missed chances. Had Fev scored first in the second half I am convinced that they would have beaten Bradford. The Bulls scored from two well executed tries in the first half from kicks. Good tries but hard to defend against. Fax lost 26_6 and I'm afraid it's the scoreboard that tells the final tale. Tell poor Batley that who outplayed Rovers for the vast period of the match last season but ended up losing. The game is getting over the white wash.
