Help Please - Bucket List - Watch Origin Round 2 as a Tourist?

20 May 2014 - 03:18 PM

Looking for a reality check here please people..

I will be grateful for any advice/information forthcoming.

My (flexible) plan is to visit Australia in either 2015, 2016 or 2017 - likely a 4/5/6 week tour.

While all the touristy stuff is great - the main purpose is to experience the second round of SOO (and some club rugby too).

I have no idea of the ticketing structure etc. and it sells out 100% every time I assume.

So open questions here;

Is this even possible for a tourist? Or am I attempting the impossible dream?

If you think its possible - what steps do I need to take to obtain a ticket? I assume club season ticket holders get priority?

How far in advance are they released? I wont be booking a flight unless I get the SOO ticket first (in theory).

So thats it loosely - thanks in advance for taking time to share information
