According to google translator, the gist of it is, Toulouse want their stadium brought up to Superleague standard, it needs to be financed by the state department, they are pestering them to do it, but as of yet no timetable. I really can't see them financing the stadium renovation until Toulouse eventually get a SL license.

The stadium project is being headed up by the Toulouse City Council and will be co-financed by national government, the local department of Haut Garonne and the regional council of the Midi Pyrenees. So the rough equivalent here would be national government, county council, district council lead by the city council. You could have included the local Development agency but these seem to be on the way out.

On his previous blog written in May, Baldy gives some interesting figures. In exhorting the Midi Pyrennes regional council to get more involved in the stadium project, he says that the council spends

So reading between the lines, with less than 6 months to go until the license applications have to be in, it would appear that the financing for the TO stadium is far from sorted.

It wasn't a problem for Celtic / Brewery Field in July 2008...........
