1- Home game followed by an Away game should not be too hard to sort. The way things are at the moment is a joke. CC1 clubs going 5 or 6 weeks without a home game is stupid! Admittedly some clubs may ask for a break of 3 weeks or so for reseeding etc.

It's actually 100% impossible for everyone to have alternating home and away games (think about it- how would 2 teams who play at home in odd weeks play each other), but no team should be away more than 2 rounds in a row without requesting it, hard when you've got bye weeks though.

I am not a fan of a club in either comp at the moment but expect to be (again) one day.

Of the suggestions made initially the one that matters is the appointment of a CEO to run RL at that level. When it becomes someone's job to make a success of it then success has a chance of happening.

Such a role would not stand for the rubbish fixture scheduling, the destructive nature of P & R between the leagues and the inadequacy of the centralised functions.

It is clear that RL at that level is not focused on supporting clubs to be successful or even to make a living.

Given the fixture list issues, is there an optimum size for each division, optimum nmber of fixtures or structure that would help this to work?

Is there anyone you feel would do a good job as CEO of the championship leagues?

Even number of teams, minimum 12, ideally for me 14, although if it was 16 or even 18 I would do what the NRL does and fix the number of league games at 24. Home and away is better but not 100% necessary.

No point in dressing this up.

The opportunity to get back into Superleague on a seasonal basis.

Very droll.

Though given our lack of success in previous attempts to escape, the more opportunities the better.
