Widnes v Sheffield KO 7-30 PM Tonight.

Edited for accuracy. ;)

Let's hope this statement doesn't come back to bite me on my ###### :D

They normally do

A lot of Yorkshiremen believe that when God created the world, he made it with perfect balance.

He balanced the hot areas with the cold areas. the dry areas with the wet areas.

And, in creating Yorkshire, he created the most glorious place on earth - full of majestic beauty and sporting giants.........and for balance he created....... Lancashire.

Co-operative Championship game, which Widnes must win.

not a must win for eagles but it would secure a play off place for us raher than having to watch over our shoulders so fingers crossed we can pull it off..

Proof that your statement was correct. That usually my comments come back and bite me on the ######.

Simples.

Whooosh

It was a general assumption that most statements, no matter who calls em come back to bite you on the ass

Forget it, lost in type or you just take everything personally

Interesting that Widnes are to be included in Super League in 2012 but yet could fail to even make the play-offs :O

Totally irrelevant as

a - It's 2 years away and

b - It will be a very different squad in SuperLeague (if selected ;) )

"I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. I am the God Almighty, I am the howling wind. I care not for your family; I care not for your kin. I come in search of terror, though terror is my own; I come in search of vengeance for crimes and crimes unknown. I care not for your children, I care not for your wives, I care not for your country, I care not for your lives." - (c) Jim Boyes - "The Avenging Angel"

I know but you can't help but think for all the poor Castleford fans over on the other forum, when Widnes will replace them in 2012.

I don't think it matters who replaces them to be honest. Whoever makes the drop will presumably have had three years of grace in order to sort out their club and have not done it. Considering the difficulties the clubs in the championship have been put under in that time I wont feel sorry for them whatsoever.

I have to say that I agree and while Bradford will be safe till at least 2015, you have to wonder why Wakefield and Castleford have been dilly dallying with regards to their stadiums.
