Once building works start what about a photo a day from the same place to be made into a video to show the progress?

Are the new stands going to make our ground a all seating stadium ?

No, there will be a bit of terracing in two corners, one either end - not a lot though

The main stand looks tiny in comparison to the whole project. Will need another name when its completed, maybe another sponsorship opportunity?

At least 2 new sponsorship opportunities.

The stadium plans look great and can't wait for it all to be finished, but having seen them for the 1st time and with a fellow supporter pointing it out to me - how much view of the playing area will be obscured with the clubhouse whilst sat in various seats in the old main stand? Not that I personaly sit in that stand but I've seen many a try scored in that top corner!!

I think the view from the executive boxes at the back of the stand will be obscured the most, will there be anymore boxes installed in the ground or will that be a future development at the other side of the clubhouse?

I would think initially that area will be used for the scoreboard and the sky/premier sports commentary shed.

At least 2 new sponsorship opportunities.

If it was me it would be one sponsorship opportunity because one stand would be called 'the bob fowler stand/end'

That would be nice for Bob ,wonder if we could name the other on the lines of recycling with mcain .

I'll probably get shot for this, but I don't think we can pass on the income that naming rights brings. while I think that naming a stand after a long standing supporter and volunteer is a great idea, the club has to sweat every assett it owns, so it would need to be the "x-corporation" - Bob Fowler Stand

Thank you and

Whilst I understand the sentiment and believe me nobody would want this more than me my dad wouldn't want the club to miss out on any revenue.

we also have to remember, the only person that has been honoured in this way is Freddie Miller, with the Freddie Miller gate.players like Don Fox, Carl Dooler and others have not had the recognition. it does not make Bob any less worthy, but where would you stop. Dave knew his dad better than any of us, and i think he is right in what he says.

I count only 12rows of seats? Maybe it would be a good idea to install it higher and further back to enable extra seats to be installed at the front of the stand in the future when finances allow or if increased capacity is needed or if Red All increase minimum seating numbers.

That's a poor effort dick :)

Took them with my phone from a long way off Rob. Zoom out to 50%, they look much better. Stratto's right though, about 500 in each stand, is that enough.

Well seeing that volunteers have already brought approx 1300 seats Featherstone have bought from Elland road, with a further 2200 yet to collect I summise that it looks like the stands may be extended to provide extra seating
