Finally our super Rovers have reached the NRC final at Blackpool.

This should be another absolute cracker of a game with the winner probably not decided until the final 10 minutes

Featherstone 32-27 Halifax

First Try -Smeaton

M.O.M - Finn

Attendance - 7570

We will have to be on top of our game to beat you guys, especially at the moment, but knowing Fax anything is possible. So - with a bit of optimism - I'll go for a 35 - 28 victory to us. But if we're switched off like the last game you'll most likely give us a good tanking.

Anyway, should be a good doo!

Its the best place to give you a tanking IMO in the final ;)

This is probably the 3rd time that we've played Fax in a big "winner takes all" game over the last 2 & a bit seasons. Both so far have had the same outcome, and I've not been to either due to being on holiday. I'm away for this weekend too; I'm just hoping for a 1 point difference the right way this time!

We haven't beaten Fax in the past couple of seasons when it has been winner takes all, I am hoping we send the team that tackles like they did at fax the other week, this game could be very very close.

Last weeks close shave against Batley will have done the Lads the world of good, they won't go into the game over-confident and Daryl will have got stuck into them over the week, so I don't expect any sloppiness tomorrow. I hope that the best team on the day wins without going into the golden point lottery, and I expect that team to be Rovers. But Fax can be like a sticky bogey, you just can't get rid of them, and if they can live with Rovers and go on to win, then fair do's to them.

Rovers 36 Fax 24

MOM: Kain

First try: Kain.
