Heard a rumour that the Toy Town cup is moving to a straight knock out comeptition next year. Can anyone confirm? If it were to move to this format it should add to earlier discussions on season ticket prices....

The NR Cup next season will start with 8 Championship 1 teams (Oxford will not be taking part) playing home and away in two groups of 4. The two group winners will then join the 14 Championship clubs in a straight knock-out competition.

Season tickets should be just for our league games,so any games we play in this competition will have to be pay at the gate for everyone, knowing our luck we would get a away tie anyway. On another subject ,will all super league teams have a free voucher in there season tickets for the 4th round of the challenge cup, this should be stopped, that we could hope to have a big pay day,if we get drawn with the big clubs.

Toy Town????? I can't accept that, I'm the one who first called it the Thomas the Tank Engine Cup and also the Sammy the Shunter Cup, at least they are railway connections......Toy Town was just a load of building blocks something the RFL have never put in place, was it a spelling mistake? Should it be Tory Town? Because then I would be in agreement, it would be a total shambles..............
