I assume this means you will neither post a warning to the conditions likely to be met at Dewsbury or remove the unwarranted slur on Sue Winner and her team off Helpers. Your prerogative. On a different matter any news on the committee meeting held tonight. I am not sure if members are to be kept informed or not.

Sue, Brian and Dan et all do a wonderful job and along with Jimmy helped create and continue to run one of the best junior set ups in the game. They are a genuine credit to Batley and to the sport itself.

- As the article alluded to.

With that in mind I think you should stop trying to detract from the success of the Amber Ribbon and find fault where there is none.

As stated on Twitter, everybody is invited to come along. You don't even have to be a member.

I'm not a committee member and I wasn't there last night, but I know that one of the items due to be discussed was the production of a newsletter to complement the daily Facebook and Twitter updates.

We enjoyed a very successful committee meeting yesterday evening and The Amber Ribbon continues to move forward. Thanks for your support so far!

A friendly note from your TRL admin team:

This forum has an ignore feature to help you enjoy your posting.  Click on your name in the top right of the forum, then click "manage ignore prefs", then enter the name of the person you wish to ignore.  You can't ignore moderators or admins but you can ignore anyone else.  It's a great feature that allows those you don't like to blether on to nobody while everyone else gets on with posting.

If you don't want to use that feature then please keep your posting civil or hit report on posts that go outside of the terms and conditions of use.

Can work both way though lads - those who only want to hear positive comments on the forum will be hitting the button big style. Take the rough with the smooth I say, even the stuff from DicH.

Jolly good news AR but we want 70+ :) I've been speaking with the clubs Big Ram and he says that he's got something to snazz your southstand stall up with when he sees you all on Sunday.

We welcomed four new members on Sunday - welcome! - and we've fielded a number of enquiries from supporters wishing to upgrade their membership to Golden Ribbon.

Our friend Roger Ram has supplied us with signage for our stalls behind the South Stand (before games) and in the Royal Suite (after games). Thanks Roger! This includes QR codes, which supporters can scan with their smartphones to access our website and social networking presences.

Wish i didn't book my final tickets early this year,i would had got my tickets from the Amber Ribbon,is there any chance of just paying for the coach fare for people like me who have already booked the tickets?

Wish we could help mate, but as you can guess we have bought 53 tickets for a 53 seater coach. So letting a seat go without a ticket sale may prove problematic.

World Cup Final.

Members are reminded that tickets for this event will be on general sale to the public from the beginning of August. There has been a lot of interest for this event and it is important that we sell all the tickets. If you wish to reserve your place ( payment in full please) you can do this by attending the next AR meeting at HHWMC on the 23rd July or at the next home game at the AR booth.
