This is (IMO) where our season usually falls apart...an away loss to Salford

We HAVE to win this. If we lose I am going to cry in a corner till next season

If we win, I'll treat you to a box of tissues. ;)

Hope to get to this one. Weather is the key, as I have to cross the wastelands of West Yorkshire :O as well the hills. Fingers crossed.

I am looking forward to this one.As it was the 4th game in charge,of this campaign, before Phil Veivers got his 1st victory,I expect the same victory for Alan Hunte with it being his 4th game in charge.( I also expect his 5th and last game in charge on Monday - like Phil Veivers )

Despite the formidable pack of Huddersfield I was surprised that Salford recently scored a try against Warrington, albeit an interception, but Huddersfield did not.Larne Patrick not being in the squad is a bonus. It is always a pleasure to see the range of skills of Danny Brough and his rugby league brain in action.

It seems Ryan McGoldrick has disappeared from the face of the earth so the truth behind that, when it comes out,may not be good news.

The referee appointment is interesting. He recently awarded Salford a fair few penalties at the home of Leeds Rhinos. On that occasion SCR were unable to take advantage, but things will be different at this game,I hope.

hindle - Thanks for your good work

I also have a theory that Noble will be in charge for Easter Monday, return to Odsal and all that. Plus the ref is Tim Roby for that game.

I wouldn't read a lot into the wire v Hudds game personally

What I would look at is Huddersfields previous form away to Salford which is woeful <cry>

My worry is that Noble may have the job but didn't want to lose out to one of his awesome foursome - the one who spoke out following the Veivers dismissal, and on Monday may not have received a very warm welcome from all the Odsal faithful;or from Francis Cummins.
