I've just booked to see Doctor Feelgood at Leeds City Varieties on Friday, £17,50, for aisle seats seven rows back.

I know it's not the original incarnation, but they are still a great band as I've seen them before at the Irish centre.

So I get a night of guaranteed fantastic entertainment, an a beautifully restored victorian music hall

for the same price as a championship rugby league game.

If I had to choose: Doctor Feelgoo would win hands down

I can't wait.

OOOOOOIIIIIEEEE!

going to war my sharpest suit.

I remember purple once being in fashion. I used wear a purple shirt and tie, purple jacket and trousers, as well as purple socks. But no way would I buy  purple coloured shoes.

l'ang's thread title is rather less subtle than the "favourite film" thread...

A bloke in the office quite often wears a purple shirt and tie.

It makes me hungry for chocolate.
