WELCOME TO NRL Round 6
.
The kick off to this round is again Friday this week. There's no Monday game.

Everyone reading this is welcome to enter this weekly competition which runs throughout the season.
Whether you've taken part before or you fancy having a go this season for the first time you're guaranteed a warm welcome.
Entries are allowed each week up until the kick off of the first game in the round
NB Remember this round's first game is on FRIDAY!!!

ROUND 6 QUESTIONS:

*Poll Competition:
Round 5 produced some close games. Let's look towards the opposite results this week\:

Which game will produce the biggest margin of victory in Round 6?
that's the where the difference in the two teams scores is biggest.
- enter in the poll itself at the top and put your answer in your posting.
The poll is anonymous so we can't give you credit unless it is in your predictions post.

Now the main event of the week:

*Match tipping Competition:
Name the 8 (that's EIGHT) winning teams in NRL Round 6 2013

*Points Competition
How many points will be scored by all the teams added together in R6?
This is a competition in itself and will act as a tie breaker for the match tipping comp if necessary. This is used as the decider when necessary so do give it a go.

*AWAY Win Competition:
How many AWAY wins will there be in NRL R6?

In rounds where the game is on the road and played at a neutral venue, the team named first in the fixture will be regarded as the home team for the purposes of this competition.

Fixtures:

Animated awards will be given for the winner(s) of each competition question.
Match tipping scores will be added together as the season progresses to produce a Tipsters' Ladder which is pinned to the top of the forum topic list page

The best of luck to everyone.
Enjoy your Rugby League! B)

OK ? The reply options toolbar is visible but 'colour muted' & unaccessible ?

So all I get to post with is tiny plain text in a bland type font :-(

HMM ? And when you click the post button it doesn't actually show you the post - It just says 'Saving' in the bottom right corner & you have to reset the browser to see that it did actually post ?

 The above post was entered using the IE 9 browser, which seems to have no problems with the options toolbar ?

A cynical person would suspect set ups for certain browsers

I personally dislike anything touted by little willy gates n co

There's a whole topic on about the posting problems.

I've tried three different browsers all of which were not working at one point. Then IE improved to the way you are experiencing it. Then so did Firefox and Chrome.

None are yet back to perfect though.

Seems the most recent versions of the browsers work better.

Broncos v Cowboys. Though the home tie favours the Ponies I think the QC's will sneak this one!

Roosters v Bulldogs I think the Roosters will be looking to turn round last weeks embarrassing loss, the Doggies still not there yet form wise

Knights v Panthers for some reason Benny's Boys have not taken the step forward and Panthers have a rare chance of an away win!

Raiders v Warriors The Green Machine suddenly found the right gears to beat the Chooks and should overcome a still misfiring Warriors

Rabbitohs v Storm A real Tough match for Storm, though the Bunnies wins have been less convincing than the Storms, could be Bunnies first half & then Storm to take in the second

Sea Eagles v Sharks. Sadly the Sharks are now running on empty against a surprisingly rejuvenated Manly

Tigers v Dragons Difficult one for the Tigers (most Teams seem to lose the next match after playing Storm) with St Jarge now finding a bit of form, I'll let the heart rule this one!

Titans v Eels despite some positivity from the Eels I think the Titans will have to much for them!

R6 competition is underway.

Great game in progress between Broncos and Cowboys. It's a fast game with high skill levels. Good defence from both teams.

Well worth watching.

Fantastic game. See it if you can. Great try just before half time for Broncos.

It's the Heritage round and this is a classic game.

40 great minutes. Now it's half time. Phew, time for us all to catch our breaths.

Rugby League - the greatest team game!!!

Sorry to go on about it, but this is a brilliant game.

Athletic try in corner with just 7 mins to go.

Glad you got that as the 'live' option - Melbourne got the Chooks / Dogs,(SBW media hype) boring game.

I gave up shortly into the 2nd half & came up to the laptop

Hi BR glad you didn't give the score ... The Roosters v Doggies game is being shown as the delayed game here now. Just showed kick off.

You need a deserved drink after a long week!

Cheers!
