East Hull having to travel twice in two weeks to cumbria

17 posts in this topic

Why would they not travel?

they always fulfil their fixtures, to be honest they havent had a bad start to the season and may end up mid table (yes my prediction may have been totally wrong)

i think we go to cumbria in consecutive weeks

He is not asking whether they will travel , the question posed is Will they travel well!!

Either way pointless thread as only time will tell .

I was half expecting the topic to be about how unfair it was of the league to make East Hull travel that far 2 weeks on the bounce, I suppose there out the way then though..

Siddal 2 weeks running to Cumbria last week april first week may!

Mind you I bet Egremont and Wath Brow are delighted to have to go over to Humberside at least 5 times each this season!fo

Got to admire their tenacity for playing in the league ands all the massive travel expense

At least EH will have the two Cumbrian trips out of the way before the tourists clog the roads up and before any disillusionment with the teams' form (if the form is poor and mid table or a relegation battle is imminent). Power to your elbow rollmop.

Think things are a lttle different with East now, hopefully like all Hull teams they will stay up in the top flight

In the past i think East went to Wath Brow with 12 men

This is why getting the Cumbrian trips out of the way nice and early in the season is good. There's still plenty of enthusiasm among the squad and more will travel now rather than towards the end of the season if things aren't going well.
