Giants to field their strongest team all season perhaps?

Dragons v Giants in France have been tight affairs usually, I'm thinking the same this time

Or we'll win at a canter.

Should be a good match if both bring their A games to the field.  Not much to choose between the teams and this is one I can't call.

Decent 1st half so far. Catalan just scored back to back tries including a great 60 metre effort to take the lead, 10-8, just before the half.

Luke Robinson has just been harshly sent off for a late challenge. Pryce dummied on the line and Robinson put a hit on the runner who was on Pryces shoulder. It was a strong hit and there was nothing illegal about it apart from the fact he didn't have the ball. It was a penalty but never in a million years a red. It wasn't even a yellow.

Blanch try in the corner ruled out for a forward pass.

Cat 16-14 Hudds, 58 gone.

Try Hudds after some great build up play by Lunt and Grix see's Cudjoe score in the corner. The try looked to have been broken up but a lax track back and slip by the Catalan 17 let Cudjoe dive on the loose ball over the line.

16-20 Hudds, 63 gone

Vaccari scores in the corner and Catalan strike straight back. Pure numbers. Bosc misses the TL conversion.

20 all

Also, that's 2 home games in a row they have let a team come from behind when they have had a 1 man advantage.

Bloody outstanding win for the Giants, when Robbo was sent off I thought it was curtains for us, but Lunt stepped up and Brough stepped up

Robbo was sent off after the fact, with the French player milking it for all it was worth and some VERY weak reffing

Cudjoe was robbed by the VR in the first half too, should have had BoD at the worst and they looked at everything they could to deny him later on

Very tough game, a LOT of character from the Giants

Wire next week...my mouth is watering already

Another cracking game down at the Gilbert Brutus.  Had a bit of everything: biff; some great handling; controversy - totally agree about the Cudjoe effort in the first half; a couple of absolutely wonderful tries.  Escare is a talent and is now getting targeted by the opposition.  Casty as ever was immense.  For the Giants, look no further really than Danny Brough who bossed the game from start to finish.  The old adage is true.  If he had been playing for the Dragons they would have won.

Top supporters as well from Huddersfield!  Really enjoyed their company.

The Dragons have some outstanding talent coming through and that's great to see, for French RL I'd like to see more French players going to other SL clubs though
