WELCOME TO NRL Round 10

.

The kick off to this round is on Friday 17th May

Everyone reading this is welcome to enter this weekly competition which runs throughout the season.

New entrants are especially welcome

Whether you've taken part before or you fancy having a go this week for the first time you're guaranteed a warm welcome.

Entries are allowed each week up until the kick off of the first game in the round

ROUND 10 QUESTIONS:

*Poll Competition:

Generally speaking there are more lower total points scores per round this season than there have been in recent seasons.

Let's tip last week on its head and look for the small scorers this time in our poll:

How many teams in Round 10 will score only 9 or fewer points by full time?

- enter in the poll itself at the top and put your answer in your posting.

Now the main event of the week:

*Match tipping Competition:

Name the 8 (that's EIGHT) winning teams in NRL Round 10 2013

*Points Competition

How many points will be scored by all the teams added together in R10?

This is a competition in itself and will act as a tie breaker for the match tipping comp if necessary. This is used as the decider when necessary so do give it a go.

*Away Win Competition:

How many AWAY wins will there be in NRL R10?

In rounds where the game is on the road and played at a neutral venue, the team named first in the fixture will be regarded as the home team for the purposes of this competition.

Fixtures:

Animated awards will be given for the winner(s) of each competition question.

Match tipping scores will be added together as the season progresses to produce a Tipsters' Ladder which is pinned to the top of the forum topic list page

The best of luck to everyone.

Enjoy your Rugby League! B)

I do keep varying the fixture image - just to keep you on your toes, BR ...

... not really, it's just the image I like to use isn't there in the form necessary if I'm too prompt in setting up the new comp.

You BR and 13thman usually in there first.

Good luck this weekend, especially in Saturday's game at home v Eels.

Kiwityke-by-G-Las-D-1.gif

The site doesn't allow animated avatars Kiwityke but it does allow animations below your posts. I can see the address to this animation where the animation should be.

Have you put this full address for it in the right place?

If you click on my link and open the image up on iit's own page, you can copy the full address from the address bar at the top of the browser and then paste it into the right place. maybe that will work ???

Two high scoring games but both one sided affairs. Titans will want to forget their game today. They were hapless and self destructive. Idris and Kelly though we're outstanding.

League freak puts the boot in -   O Dear

Always someone ready to put the boot in.

A great amount of criticism because the Warriors smiled when they talked to their old mates who now play for the Panthers. How sick can you get?

Rugby Female and Simon have an unassailable lead as we go into the last game of the round on Monday. Both have 7/7 so far and both are tipping Storm tomorrow.

The only one of us tipping Manly is Southstander and he can't catch them. It'll be points difference for the Champ Tipster award this week then and there have been plenty of points scored so far, much more than we have become used to this season.

From a quick tot up so far there have been more points scored than the highest prediction that any of us made and that's with one more game to come.

A lot of this week's games have been won by wide margins but nearly all the home crowds have gone home the happiest.
