Recommended Posts

Just been told matty brooks has left skirlaugh and gone back to east hull, good signing if true? With Ian Kerman also signing a couple of weeks back plenty of competition for places down at easts

The big trick is to keep everyone happy though.

I'm sure Dean Thompson was at Hull Boys Club at youth level

It's pretty standard to get a lot of movement in Hull obviously due to having 5 prem teams. I don't think many of the teams have players who have gone right through their age groups, also if a team is top heavy on certain positions players will move in order to increase their chances of a game in top flight.

I have always thought if Hull only had 1 prem team it would be a difficult team to beat. Hull is a hotbed of talent in the amateur game as can be seen with West Hull & Skirlaugh A teams sitting at the top in the Yorkshire Mens Premier League.
