Or did they?

I'm struggling to think of one player who has played for us and Halifax. There must be some, any ideas?

Bob Arnold was the one I was thinking of but could not remember his name. Did he ever play for us, all I can remember of him is him taking the sand on for kicks and acting as a cheerleader. It wouldn't surprise me if he is Harry the Hawk.

I've been on their site and spotted a few others. Any takers from the older lads for a Welsh international?

Gareth greenwood.

Did Andy Shickel play for Halifax?

Andy Shiickel.............Correct

i've got a Halifax/Hunslet programme from Thrum Hall 81 , that is a tribute to Alan Maskill , who was tragically killed in a road accident on Kirkstall Road........

Okay, so my theory on no Halifax/Hunslet players was severely flawed.

Swinton is a much tougher proposition, but there at at least 2 that Hawkeye knows of.

Any others?
