Not just saying it because I started this thread but there are some good people on this Forum when we are not arguing too much.

No need to gush.  B)

That's nothing... a lot of people on this forum are company owners.  In fact it created a massive rift on the forum over the relative strengths of MobyClaw versus Clawphin.

Means nothing unless they can identify the benefits and pitfalls of crustacean genetic modification and experimentation. :P

Half the thread will think "WTF?"

The other will think "Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"

Some of our finest work.

The world of cetacean / crustacean hybrid genetic splicing will never be the same.

I still look back fondly on the closing party when we trashed the old forum.

Edit to say:

Oh yes and I'm 50. It's not a mid life crisis if you never grow up.

61 next Wednesday (doesn't it look a lot when you write it down!), mental age :tease: , on a good day. What's really worrying RL wise is that I took my 'A' levels the year we last won the Ashes.

Yes but I am 50 born in 1963, you are 51 born in 1961  ;)

All that means is he hasn't had his 52nd birthday yet this year - do the Maths

54, which, in orienteering-speak, means that I'll be an M55 (male, between the ages of 55 and 59) from next January. That means the courses get shorter and I get to 'compete' against an older range. For the rest of my life I am destined to look forward to each new half-decade!

57 but looking good for it!

I thought I was 54 and looking good for it until my wife took photos of me at my daughter's 21st the other week. Where the hell did that stomach come from?

Looking at mirrors and photographs should be avoided at all costs from 40 ish

It's much nicer to just believe in the image you hold in your mind, and keep that silly smile on your face

Maybe this should develop into a more general TRL meet up. It would be the perfect chance to meet a few more faces on here. I've haven't spilt my pint over anyone for a few years. ;)

I'm 25, wise beyond my years, a connoisseur of fine wines and TGG, a London RL sympathiser who spends his time drinking to the point of no return and who helped to form the Rovers Supporters' Trust after getting my first ever lightbulb. I read a bit as well; not much like, 20 books a year or something. Call me!

A permenant 21 year old stuck in a 43 year old (and aging) body.

Head says I can still play RL, body (and wife) say I can't. However the older I get the better I was!
