Absolutely! Somehow I always end up in a rush coming over from Headingley so often miss GT's great pre-match comments.

Great stuff though!

could be wrong but i would have thought all contracts will be null and void should we get relegated

There'd be more chance of winning money for the lads if we were in Champ 1 though I'd have thought.

yes that is true but they will be taking too big a slice of the salary cap in the division below

Well lets not get relegated then!

Would be brilliant if Matt Nicholson was in this class, Press today says he has

been given the all clear to resume full training, could be back for Swinton away

which is also when Browny will be back...could be massively important...

salary cap is a percentage of income or quite a big number, whichever is the least.

Also, we have all those now and are running at significantly less than the champ 1 cap now so...

I know it's a bit like looking for a Triceratops down Coney Street but a good ball-playing loose forward is an essential for 2014 !! Oh for the likes of Damian Ball ( or Krausey ).

Hasn't Simon Brown signed up for 2014 yet? Would be hugely surprised if you kept hold of him.

How about moving Ford to loose forward?

With all due respect to Fordy, though he'd have a go if required, I'm sure, he's struggling to keep fit at centre just now. I wouldnt have any hesitation this Sunday, Kris Brining would be at 13..

I like that idea Andy. Who would your sub hooker be, Carter or Iley or someone else even?

Wouldn't bother with a sub hooker - just a big bench & move others around if

Jack or Kris need a break

Other stuff - Jack Briscoe out for rest of season, did actually break a bone and do

ligament damage, but he has been released by Hull - would love to see him down

here full time next year, but will be a lot of interest from elsewhere no doubt

Looks like they need something given their 6 losses on the bounce lately. Definitly a duck in the hedge somewhere !!

Long gone have the days of players staying for more than a season or two, still it'll be interesting to see who the club signs as a replacement
