We generally do pretty well at Belle Vue.

Going to be tight, but I reckon we will win.

Two disheartening defeats on the bounce for Trinity. A test of character.

And wakey were only losing cos they were going against a good team, bradford are below them in the table but as we all know, this means nothing. Bulls managed to bag a win over hull fc (second win since the start of april) but i think wakefield will win this they got pretty close to beating leeds twice...

A must win game.  Both sides playing ok, should be a good one.

This should be a top game, Wakey will be favorites of course But the bulls are not having the best of news just now and they certainly turned up the power last season when the news was bad,

I've seen Wakey 5 times this season, and i still think their best asset is team spirit, I think they will take a close game.

Should have been a TV game this really. Think the "bad news effect" will have the opposite effect this year though. We were very lucky against a Hull side who had one eye a week ahead. Wakey will be more up for it, and will win this by at least three scores I think.

I am confident with the same effort shown against leeds and a bit more composure we can beat Bradford by 14 points.. I hope anyway! :)

Think wakey will win the fight in the middle which should do the job, wakey by 10

Wakey regularly win the fight in the middle but lose the game on the edges.

Yep. Just run inside either centre and watch Cockayne and Fox needlessly shoot in.

Probably a close game though I think the Bulls have sufficient quality to come away with the spoils. Guess Wakey will be favourites with home advantage, but I don't think either side can take anything for granted.

Nothing taken for granted because the Bulls seem to be a bogey side for Trinity but I think this one belongs to Wakefield.

Not sure about the extra quality argument for the Bulls, Tim Smith, Ali, Tautai, Poore, Amor, Kirmond and Aiton have plenty of quality between them.

I never used the word "extra" , that's your invention.

I said the Bulls have sufficient quality to win it, which if things go their way they have. If things go Wakey's way they also have the quality to put the points on the board. Should be a good game.

You reply as if I was picking an argument or something, defensive or what?

Anybody want to talk about the game?

Who won perhaps?

Bradford in a tight game by the looks. It was 0-0 for ages as if neither club wanted to part with a thing. No change there then.

Wakefield were the better team in the first half and we were a bit lucky to be only two points down at halftime. Second half was the other way round; we looked to have clear control of the game till Wakefield scored a late try and we had to hang on for the last five minutes.

Not a great game, but a pretty good one. We were pretty steady away with strong defence and good ground gained by individuals but we weren't brilliant at joined-up attack. Wakefield probably had the two best players on the park in Aiton and Mariano.

After the bother with  Widnes fans, Wakefield made the away fans stand down the touchline side rather than go behind the posts. We ended up being stood next to the Bulls barmy army. Do both other supporters and yourselves a favour boys ... the singing is great and a credit to the club, but please cut down on the swearing

Wakey didn't lose the game in the first half but they did fail to win it; with all the ball and territory they had the Wildcats could, and maybe should, have been out of sight by the half time hooter. I think the Bulls seemed to lose the idea of building pressure and tried to score every set, throwing some pretty wild passes out at times, though their line defence was superb all game [wish I could say the same about mid field] and Wakey must be ruing only being two points to the good at half time.

The Bulls got better field position and more possession in the second half as referee Child tried to even up the penalty count but couldn't turn their lead into an obviously winning one as Wakey fought back. Bulls pack were very good; Scruton in particular, Manuofakoa, Donalson and Evans were outstanding. Keith Lulia had his best game for ages both in attack and defence, Danny Addy, back in the pack, had a good game ball  in hand but seemed a bit lost in defence, which was maybe only to be expected.

Plenty of mistakes, but full on RL, great game.
