Kingstone Press Championship One

Crusaders v Oxford 14:30 Home Win (Sorry)

Gloucestershire All Golds v Gateshead. (Close Game) The All Golds can play and Gateshead have produced

some excellent performances in recent weeks.

Hemel Stags v London Skolars 15:00 London Win for me on this one but bonus point for Hemel, both teams are playing to gain home advantage for the play offs. Game of the round.

Kingstone Press Championship One

London Skolars v Crusaders 18:00 (London Win and No bonus point for NWC, Oldham promoted) but in reality this game is vital for both teams, London will be looking for an home draw in this games especially if they beat Hemel today but I can only see NWC picking up three points.

Final league table predictions and play off predictions.

All Golds

Play offs (if I have understood the system right)

Round one

Hemel v Oxford (Loser eliminated)Hemel Win

London v Rochdale (Rochdale Win)

Round Two

London v Hemel (Loser Eliminated)

Oldham v Rochdale (Oldham Win)

Round Three

London v Rochdale (loser Eliminated)

Grand Final

Oldham v Rochdale (Very close game)

I am nervous about the play offs we have featured in the final and been defeated on each occasion. We have beaten we good teams to reach previous finals but in the final we have a poor record. I can see an Oldham v Rochdale final and I would be very nervous again in the final. Rochdale are capable of beating us and if London got to the final they would also provide a very difficult game.

From experience I am trying to stay positive about the play offs and the grand final but I also recall the feeling of utter despair after losing each grand final.

The future is bright, the future is red and white.
