Challenge Cup Final trailer and Richard Bacon

Recommended Posts

They've just played the CC final trailer on Radio 5.

Then, there were a few seconds of dead air.

Then the real life Alan Partridge came in with "I wasn't listening to the trailer, so I didn't know it had finished".

How much do they pay this hopeless amateur?

There's a telly advert for it I've seen in the last 24 hours.

It shows both stadia and then giant generic animated figures representing both teams are shown travelling towards and around London to Wembley.

He must be snorting the bacon powder again because he is absolutely useless.

Is that all part of his appeal for some?

Not for me though. There is something about that streaky guy that gets my back up.

I like the trailer. I hope we get something similar for the World Cup.

It's good - simple but striking.

Yep would be good to build on this style as i really like it. There's something very fresh about the look and feel which is a bit of a departure from the usual fire and dance music style stuff that is usually used for RL
