It's a trial run from a new ad agency, that's all. Nothing to get worked up about.

 

Embrace the ads. They are what keeps the site free for you to use.

 

Without them, and the revenue they generate to pay for hosting and bandwidth costs, the TotalRL.com forums would not exist.

 

It'll all look quite different on the new site anyway, which launches on 11th October! :)

STOP IT NOW, IT'S INFURIATING - TWICE THIS MORNING I HAVE GONE TO HIT THE "POST" BUTTON AND INADVERTENTLY CLICKED ON THE ADVERT AS IT WAS HOVERING OVER THE BUTTON- PRATCHETT???? TERRY CHUFFING PRATCHET???????

I have problem with it. I think there should be more advertising infringing threads and forum pages.

In fact I may be interested in advertising some of my tour dates.

yep - this is the issue. anything that affects the way you actually use a site is an issue. Im ok with ads, but the bar at the bottom is too sensitive and too easy to start it by mistake.

 yep, got it here too, does my head in same as those at side a football pitch flashing red and skipping round the pitch when your wanting to follow the ball/game.
