Good to see. It's a shame Jax are no longer playing the likes of Philly or Boston, but having an amateur competition with that kind of distance was ridiculous really.

Forget the AMNRL, these guys should be the governing body and should apply for membership of the RLIF and RLEF. The AMNRL are not members of either, so how can they be the de-facto body?

There was going to be an announcement that they were defunct, but it was postponed and forgotten about.  They died as they lived.

Although they seem to be claiming the raiders are playing even though they have publicly withdrawn and declared the amnrl is dead!

After nearly 3 months of silence the amnrl speaks https://twitter.com/...182854284804096

How many teams are left in the AMNRL?  Only see three in that link.

Looks like a bluff to improve terms and save face to me. We'll see. Obviously we know the south east conference now, when we see the Atlantic conference declared from the usarl things will become clearer

Rugby League @RugbyLeagueSpot 3m

new club the #Brooklyn Kings RLFC in New York are looking to join the USARL, citing due to AMNRL comp may struggle

Good news there. Brooklyn is making a bit of a comeback in sports, an NBA team, a minor league baseball team and now a RL team since the Dodgers left for LA.

Yeah, they only moved to LA in 1957, so it's a good job RL was quick off the mark

Indeed. Better late than never.

Brooklyn, nice. I always prefer teams to use that or Manhattan/Queens than 'NY'. Any ideas where they'll be based? I think the USARL have been missing a flagship NYC team and now they have one.

But where along the M62 are these two new teams? :mosking:

Just past the long, wet bit west of Liverpool.

The I 95 is the road you are looking for.

It already links Boston 13s to Rhode Island Rebellion.
