Goal posts

We've permission to bring another pitch into use as a rugby field on the site we are based.  However, because the additional pitch would be adjacent to a road the school don't want posts permamently up as they worry kids could simply jump the fence and mess about, They also still want to use the pitch for other sports such as rounders / football in PE so any solution needs to be safe for those sports to use teh same space.

Anyone any experience of putting up posts just on a match-day and how you are doing it?  I've been to a few grounds where they take down the posts after a game - are they simply using socketed posts and lifting them out every game? can the sockets be left and the field used by other sports?  any other solutions out there?

It's not difficult to put up and get down socketed posts if you have somewhere to store them - the big issue is getting the bases concreted in and the fact that rugby posts are narrower than football posts.
