Saint Doc

New sponsor name for Headingly

41 posts in this topic

The mobile phone network EE has been named as the new sponsor for the Headingley Stadium complex.

This deal provides a couple of spare vowels and as such Leeds fans can stop moaning whenever someone misses one out.

Hey Padge a few mates went over to Wigan soccer stadium to give some support to Leeds Utd nil they said what a great fair minded crowd the Latics are they upheld and joined in the minutes applause for the two murdered fans .I will be home for the game on 2nd May and Wigan Warriors last few seasons have joined the couple of clubs when playing at Headingley where I leave early.Of course you've had a little success at the grand old ground lately so not  walked earlier than me

I think I read somewhere that "Ley" means a clearing on the forest which would explain why there are so many places with Ley in the ending.
