Farewell to the Beast.. Bonjour a la Brute!

Ryan 'The Beast' MacDonald leaves North Wales Crusaders. I admire his honestly in letting us know hes not going to be able to do a job for us in the Championship - A great signing for a CH1 club though; he provided som stability and experience for us last season.

...to be replaced by Sebastien 'la Brute' Martins.... don't know anything about him but hes got SL and Championship experience.

He looks a big lad lets hope he's one nasty piece of work who can bully other teams like they seem to be bullying us at the minute

Martins was with Haven last season and didn't live up to their expectations and he has only went out to Australia last summer.

All the best to the Beast wherever he ends up, you could see he was struggling with the step up!

Sebastien looks a big old unit. Hes played for Hull KR and Catalans, and although he didnt get too much game time with them im sure he will bring some quality to the team and look forward to seeing him play.

We thought the same when he signed for us , but barring 2 or three decent drives against fax he did very little. A fiery character both on and off the field and will take some looking after ,doesnt seem to settle in any one place for too long.

No doubt he will be up for the game next week
