New signing...

I'm going to say it...sorry!

Why we signing cast offs from Warrington and not playing our own lads ?

It's about development, we've some fantastic young, local lads that are getting overlooked for Cas lads needing the runout and now a Italian, Wire Player.

The Duel Reg is rubbish, doesn't benefit us, we are just Castlefords #####. We are even playing Duel reg in U21 games for god sake.

Chill out. I think you're the only one with a problem about the Cas DR, we've only used it when we've had injuries like last week when 3 props pulled out on the Friday. And we used none at Gateshead. We've got 2 injuries at centre so that's why this guy has come in on loan. Strange post that one..

Am I ? Maybe ask a couple of our squad players.

I don't believe in it, didn't last year, don't this...my opinion.

Yes we've got injuries, I understand that.

I've no axe with this season, or the defeat by Oxford, we've played well, got some cracking young talent, but I don't like DR.

Yes the kids come in, let's hope he goes well. I'd just prefer to see the local lads getting more game time at this level.

Onwards and upwards.

Think we need to give the lad a chance ! Get behind him & encourage him not come on here & criticise the club for getting cover in a position where we have a few injuries , not always the

Best policy to play 2nd rowers in a backs position , can't be that bad a player if he's with the wolves & played internationally at only 20 yrs of age , stop whinging & start supporting !!!!!

i think castleford will tell you who to play and when

I think you are wrong

As for playing Cas lads in our under 20's, I know for a fact that at least 2 under 20's games would have been called off due to not having enough fit players (and you don't want 1st team lads playing Thursday night) if it had not been for the Cas lads & therefore would had deprived our young lads of proper game time.

Also know the Cas lads have been brilliant in looking after our young lads in the games & have been completely professional in their approach

Totally agree with andyacko. I think this duel reg is a load of rubbish and totally unfair on our own players who turn up training every session. It totally hinders us as that prop from Cas that played against Oxford was garbage and couldn't care less about playing for us. He literally jogged the ball in every tackle and didn't look interested. Plus changing the team every week for new players doesn't give our team a chance to gel properly. If we had a settled team (baring injuries) then our performances would improve no end

It will do eventually

You never know, but not really sure what all the fuss is about

Webster played 1 game, Reynolds 2 games, Fleming 1 game when we had 3 props out injured

Also know that one of our top young lads was allowed to train 1 day a week down at Cas pre-season which will benefit us short term & also help the lads long term future ambitions
