WELCOME

.

This round kicks off on Friday 25th July.

There's a full set of eight games to tip this coming weekend. We'll have 8 games a week now from here until Round 26

Everyone reading this is welcome to enter this weekly competition which runs throughout the season.

New  or occasional entrants are welcome to join us.

Whether you've taken part before or you fancy having a go this week for the first time you're guaranteed a warm welcome.

Entries are allowed each week up until the kick off of the first game in the round

ROUND 20 QUESTIONS:

*Poll Competition:

Our regular poll comp looks at a different aspect each week.

Which game will produce the smallest total of points?

- that's both teams' scores added together

- enter in the poll itself at the top and put your answer in your posting.

Now the main event of the week:

*** Match tipping Competition:

Name the 8 (that's EIGHT) winning teams in NRL Round 20 2014

*Points Competition

How many points will be scored by all the teams added together in R20?

This is a competition in itself and will act as a tie breaker for the match tipping comp if necessary. This is used as the decider when necessary so do give it a go.

*Away Win Competition:

How many AWAY wins will there be in NRL R20?

In rounds where the game is on the road and played at a neutral venue, the team named first in the fixture will be regarded as the home team for the purposes of this competition.

Fixtures:

All times local

Animated awards will be given for the winner(s) of each competition question.

Match tipping scores are being added together as the season is progressing to produce a Tipsters' Ladder which is pinned to the top of the forum topic list page

The best of luck to everyone this week.

Enjoy your Rugby League! B)

Not the start that most people expected today. :shout:

All of us got misjudged the Roosters nights game while two thirds  missed the the Storm away win.

Storm looked impressive again and Broncos never had a chance. One thing that was frustrating was Ben Roberts. Clueless and poor kicking game again. Broncos tried hard but they lack the quality at 1, 7, 9 that the Storm have. Korobete looks a great signing and only 21. Strong, powerful and very quick and scores tries for fun. Quality signing. Can see why Broncos have sacked Griffin as they look a side that despite all the hard work are not going to get many wins and looked clueless at times.

Not good for Broncos and their fans. Storm though look to be finding their form at the right time. Agree about Korobete. Coops looked on top form again and that's a really good sign. Storm, epitomised by Cam Smith looked confident and happy.

Marika added more cement to his future prospects as Storm's resident Fijian.

Roberts ? O DEAR !! Tried so hard to be 'creative' rather than 'Think & Look' with a football brain.

Roberts & his knee jerk game play is a good match for CAS

Think Bellyache will leave him in the halves rather than disrupt the team.

Storm's shotgun choices for 2015 ?

Kurt Mann - Cody Walker - Blake Green.

Manly did a professw job against a Warriors side without Johnson and a couple of others. Eagles got away with a couple of forward passes in general play but that being said they had the legs over NZ in the last quarter. Simon Mannering played his ususl professional best. Sea Eagles win then.

What a great tipping week this is!!!!

Well friends, we're all having a stinker of a prediction weekend.

After seven of the eight games we have two tipsters top scoring on two, six of us on one and four of us yet to find a correct match prediction.

This was another week to apply the' reverse logic' approach to tipping!!!!
