These backlines are 2 of the fastest in world RL. Great try by Leeds.

Peacock having a bit of a mare so far. Good attack by Salford off the back if the penalty and a great recovery by Leeds too.

Is there a better English Full Back than Zak Hardaker at the moment? Great defensive play on the Locke break.

This has turned scrappy as hell. Let's hope the second half turns out like last weeks.

If this was being played in Australia you'd be saying it's a masterclass.

Been a great half of footy.

Good kick from Chase. Looks like it'll be 12 all at the half.

It's been on and off. Some high quality stuff and some very ordinary stuff in between too. If this was a game over here I definitely wouldn't be calling it a master class though. Too many unforced errors for that.

It's not been a bad game though. All I said was that it had turned scrappy, which it had.

Poor discipline giving Salford easy yards.Finely balanced.

McGuire never alters, does he.

Your lot won't have to face him next year ;)

Really enjoyed that first half, that was great. A little scrappy at times but so what, the heat and humidity is bound to take its toll.

hope the second half is as entertaining.

Anyway, as with last week I think the team that settled down and makes the hard yards will take control. Watkins has looked dangerous for Leeds but I've noticed a few times he's having to stop and reach behind him to collect the pass. When he gets it in motion though he's almost unstoppable. Aiton was looking good too when he ran with the ball.

Salford's offload game is causing problems for Leeds too. They are struggling to make ground though and so far have relied on Leeds mistakes to find the field position they need.

It'll be an interesting second half. Both teams need to change things a bit so let's see who does and takes a hold of the game.
