Be great if they could and the Universities World Cup could once again become a key driver in the expansion of the code like it did in the 90s.

The tournaments around that decade saw the likes of Holland, South Africa, Japan, Canada, USA and Russia take part.

What is the criteria?

 

I'd love to see China field a team and of course Hong Kong. But 2017 is rapidly approaching.
