2018 Squad.

I think it's worth remembering that Duffy played with both Ridyard and McNally whilst at Leigh. I know our chairman has a reputation as being the decision maker on signings, but you'd like to think that Duffy had plenty of input into those decisions.

Additionally, we were in desperate need of a quality half back, whereas at full back Hardman is not very exciting but as steady as they come, whilst the Thackeray experiment at that position is probably still ongoing.

Is there a doctor in the house at Bradford

Talk on the terraces on Sunday among the Bulls fans is that the Doc might have a bit of input at Bradford Bulls this season 😁

Hull KR being promoted adds a new dimension to recruitment perhaps. They already have a huge squad and are sure to be adding some more high-calibre recruits to add to Danny Maguire. They might well need to offload quite a few players, including some of their non-quota guys if they add any more overseas players. Think one of them is Trevor Clark's son Mitch, he'd be an interesting one to look at if surplus to requirements at HKR.

Didn't think we'd get him via Cas, but glad he's ended up with us even if only on a 1-month loan, he's a decent player, and it also means he won't be playing against us on DR on Sunday.

Strange cas sending him on loan you would have thought they would have sent him to their dr partner. Guess Halifax loss is our gain.

I find that strange. Don’t know much about him, anyone seen much of him?

Trevor Clark's son. Born in Ponte but think he's non-fed having learned his rugby overseas. Not the tallest prop, but chunky and runs it in hard. Played for Doncaster, then Bradford, then signed for Hull KR (before they knew they were going to be relegated). Supposedly played very well for first few games for them last year then got injured and struggled to regain his place/find his form.

If nothing else, good piece of business to keep him away from Fax's squad this weekend, though he doesn't seem to have been mooted as one of their likely DR players anyway.

Says he's looking forward to it and Duffy is enthusiastic. Seems like he will be playing this weekend. One mon ths loan but more if he plays ok.

He would be allright  playing number 9 we are short of a hooker who can scoot up the middle and get the defence backpedalling, can organise the forwards as well although Ridyard can also do that.
