No, really... That's up to them, of course, if they are happy with the sort of cover ups the NHS indulge in when it comes to medical negligence claims. It seems that the NHS trusts in England paid out more than £1.4bn in medical negligence claims last year. Truth of it is you get a heady mix of valid claims and total try ons, with everything in between and irrespective of whether it is proportionate for the NHS (or Court system) to deal with them. As we saw at the RLWC the ad gets an awful lot of prominence! Agree with the others about not being a massive fan of ambulance chasers, but JohnM also makes a valid point. As long as our details are not passed to them by the RFL and we start getting early morning calls asking about an accident I haven't had!!! The optics looks poor for rugby league though. These guys aren't exactly seen in a favourable light, are they? (I mean as an industry). Even if this company doesn't do it the image is of spam calls going "I'm phoning you about the accident you had that wasn't your fault ..." At least it's not PPI.
