Unlike the local RU teams they don't own a clubhouse etc so have to rent facilities, think they need to get in their kit and hit the bars of reading 1 Saturday night, getting the p*ssed locals to throw a few quid in might help. I have to say as someone who used to frequent Reading on a Saturday night, being born in the Royal County, that’s a bit of a high risk strategy.
